Who can charge
Guests, tenants and staff only, or the public too. Public access needs an EVCS licence.
AC, DC or both
Depends on how long drivers stay. A practical starting ratio is 1 charger per 30 to 50 parking bays.
Rates and access
Standard rate for visitors, a discounted rate for tenants or staff, or free charging for guests.
Power
Load management lets chargers share the supply. A power assessment at the site visit shows if an upgrade is needed.

Buy the chargers outright, or choose a zero-upfront-cost or profit-share model where it fits the site.
Licences
Public-access chargers need an EVCS licence. EvGuru handles it, and TNB approvals where needed.
Small AC projects
3 to 5 chargers: usually 2 to 3 weeks.
DC or upgrades
4 to 8 weeks, including the ST licence and TNB approvals.

Both. You set the rate in the CMS, give tenants or staff a different rate, or make it complimentary for guests.

Can we install without rewiring the building?
Often yes, using load management. DC fast chargers or many high-power AC chargers may need an electrical upgrade, which the power assessment identifies.

Do we have to pay for the chargers upfront?
No. Zero-upfront-cost and profit-share models are available where they fit the site, as well as outright purchase.

Who maintains the chargers?
EvGuru offers maintenance with cloud fault monitoring, remote diagnostics and on-site support.

Hotels
Guests park for hours or overnight, so AC chargers (7kW to 22kW) usually fit. Add DC where there's short-stay or public traffic. Offer complimentary charging to guests, or set a rate. Control who can charge with RFID cards or app login. Branded chargers, wayfinding signage and floor markings are available.
