DASAR PENGHANTARAN UNTUK PENGEcas EV

Secara amnya, berapa lama masa yang diambil untuk perkhidmatan penghantaran ekspres?

Penghantaran biasanya mengambil masa kira-kira 2-4 hari bekerja. Bagaimanapun, bagi produk aksesori Tesla, sila jangkakan masa penghantaran yang lebih lama iaitu 10-15 hari perniagaan.

*Ini ialah anggaran masa penghantaran yang diperlukan dalam keadaan biasa. Terdapat kemungkinan kelewatan. Khususnya, sila ambil perhatian pengumuman di atas.
Kami tidak dapat menjamin masa penghantaran mutlak, tetapi jika anda mempunyai permintaan khas, sila beritahu kami, dan kami akan melakukan yang terbaik untuk memenuhi keperluan anda.
**EVguru memiliki hak muktamad dan mutlak untuk memutuskan pilihan penghantaran bagi setiap pesanan tanpa perlu memaklumkan pelanggan terlebih dahulu.

Masa pemprosesan

Jika kami menerima tempahan sebelum jam 1 petang, kami akan menghantar pesanan anda pada hari perniagaan berikutnya. Jika produk yang dipesan tiada dalam stok, kami memerlukan masa tambahan untuk mengaturnya.

 

Rakan Kongsi Penghantaran

Untuk Penghantaran Ekspres, kami menggunakan Aramex, FedEx, DHL atau UPS. Kami akan memberikan nombor penjejakan supaya anda boleh menganggarkan tarikh dan masa ketibaan. EVguru mempunyai hak muktamad dan mutlak untuk menentukan pilihan kurier.

Return Policy

We accept returns only for products that are found to be malfunctioning or damaged upon delivery. Should you discover any defect or damage, it is imperative that you report this issue to us within 5 days from the date of discovery. Following your report, we will provide you with a warranty inspection guideline relevant to your product’s warranty plan. This will help determine if your product qualifies for a return under warranty. If your return is approved, a replacement product will typically be dispatched within 5 working days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

We do not accept returns based on the buyer’s change of mind or if the buyer decides the product is no longer needed. Our return policy is strictly limited to products that are defective or damaged. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not offer product exchanges.

In cases where a return is requested without a valid reason related to product functionality or quality (i.e., change of mind), we will accept the return under specific conditions. A restocking fee equivalent to 50% of the order value (excluding shipping costs) will be applied. This fee covers restocking and administrative expenses associated with processing a return that is not due to product defects or damages.

 

The refund will only be issued upon the successful return and inspection of the product. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a denial of the refund.

 

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EVguru can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (https://evguru.com.my ). 

We conduct a complete quality check on your charging station before shipping it to you. Therefore, the chances of your charging station having any damage or defect are slim. However, if you receive a defective product, please report the problem to us within 5 days of discovery. We will send you a warranty inspection guideline according to your product’s warranty plan to determine if it qualifies for a warranty. Once confirmed, we may ship you a replacement (usually within 5 working days).

We have a team of professional licenced electricians to install your EV charger. We assure that the product is of good quality and responsible for the item. 

If it is found to be a quality problem, we may send a new EV charger. If the item is damaged due to misuse or it was not installed by our team of electricians. You will not be eligible for any exchange. Please take care of the charging station to avoid any misuse-caused damage.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can solve the issue and make it right.

Refunds

​

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund was approved or not. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method if it is approved. Please be aware that it could take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
